Appointment information

Consultation:

When you first contact me about a hypnotherapy appointment, I will email you a short online consultation form to determine the nature of your goals. We will then discuss your goals over email or a phone call. Appointments can be held at your house, or I can arrange an alternative space. This will be established once I check the address.

The Appointments:

I will then develop your personalised hypnotherapy session plan. You will then receive an email and explain how many sessions you may need, as well as pricing and cancellation terms. I always endeavour to help you reach your goal in as few sessions as possible. We will then book your first hypnotherapy session in Bristol. In some cases, I may have to request GP permission, which can delay the start of your treatment.

Most appointments will last 1 – 1.5 hours with a minimum 40 minutes of hypnosis (your first session will be slightly longer as it will include some time for pre and post hypnotic discussion).

Appointment prices vary depending on the length of the session and how many sessions you require. You will get a complete quote from me before you commit to any therapy.

Sessions ideally should be weekly to ensure maximum results, though in some cases I will suggest a 2 week break to check the progress of your hypnotherapy.

Evaluation:

You are welcome to fill out an evaluation form at the end of your hypnotherapy treatment 🙂

Terms and Conditions:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time or you will be charged for half the cost of the appointment. Payments can be made by BACS (I will send details if this is your choice) or cash.
